RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage DMV vehicle titling and registration process
Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards
Submit legal transfer of documents to DMV on a timely basis
Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
Comply with federal, state, and company policies, and procedures, and regulations
Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and/or email
Maintain Accounting Dept.'s DMV Schedule on an ongoing basis, issue customer refund checks, and write-off adjustments when necessary
Cashier
Answer Phones
Other office duties as assigned

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for someone with previous automotive office/bookkeeping experience.
Break down and post sold deals to accounting
Submit and track rebates
Cut checks to vendors, customers and banks
Calculate and submit commissions for weekly payroll
Post and reconcile weekly parts statement
Manage accounts and reconcile at month end
Track and report funding delays
Process daily bank deposit
Process monthly warranty remittance
Assist Office Manager with month end tasks
Support dealership staff to ensure accuracy in accounting
Any other duties assigned by the manager

BDC Coordinator/Customer Service

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Team.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and convert inquiring customers into physical showroom appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates while building rapport with prospects
Provide customers with initial product information & create excitement surrounding the dealership, the manufacturer and their car of interest
Present initial financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with no-shows to reschedule in a timely fashion and confirm appointments set
Create and maintain a list/database of potential clients and update client files appropriately in our CRM
Provide a best in class customer experience and respond to each prospect's needs in a timely fashion
Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily, AutoAlert, Web Site and other system resources
Maintain appointment setting quota's and contacts per hour goals

Qualifications:
Ideally experienced in customer service and/or customer experience roles
Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
Extremely strong follow up and follow through skills
Strong problem solving skills and a sense of responsibility to the needs of our customers/prospects
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Team player attitude, self-motivated, adaptable and flexible
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
